Abela Publishing makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems:


Delivery >

  • The normal delivery time for the products are shown as part of the products description.
  • If the delivery date is to be any longer than this time you will be contacted by one of the Abela Publishing sales representatives.
  • All orders will be shipped by recognised carriers or the Royal Mail.
  • Abela Publishing can ship products to an alternative address.
  • Abela Publishing is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of the Abela Publishing staff.

    All payments will be made online. Product and shipping costs are displayed as part of the checkout process. Shipping costs will vary depending on country of production and country of delivery. Only after online payment is confirmed will books be ordered and dispatched to the address provided.


    Returns >

    In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.

     

    Right of return and refund for products returned within 14 days of receipt. Books must be returned by post at the customers expense. Also, books returned in a used, "thumbed", dog-eared or worn appearance will be considered as having been read, or used, and made unsaleable and will not be refunded.
